4. Payment & Billing

- Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
- All original creative works produced by Adyfox (logos, designs, graphics, websites, etc.) remain the property of Adyfox until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership rights to final deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
- Adyfox reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate, timely, and complete information needed to carry out services.
- Delays in communication or feedback may impact project timelines.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide (images, text, data, etc.) do not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Revisions & Deliverables
- Each project includes a set number of revisions, as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
- Deliverables will be provided in agreed formats (e.g., vector files, PNG, PDF).
8. Third-Party Tools & Services
- Some services may involve third-party tools, plugins, or platforms (e.g., hosting, CMS, AI tools). Adyfox is not liable for downtime, errors, or costs associated with third-party providers.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts.
9. Confidentiality
- Adyfox respects client confidentiality. Any non-public information shared with us will not be disclosed to outside parties, except as required by law or agreed in writing.
- NDAs can be signed upon request.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Adyfox is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic growth, or revenue increases.
11. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice.
- In the event of termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
12. Website Use Policy
- You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
- Unauthorized use of our site, such as hacking, malware distribution, or scraping content, is strictly prohibited.
